WAYS WE CO-CREATE

DREAMWORK
Your dreams are more than random stories—they are maps from your subconscious, guiding you toward clarity, healing, and transformation. In our sessions, we work together to uncover the meaning behind your dreams, repattern unhelpful cycles, and awaken your power to create change both in the dreamworld and in waking life.

ONEIRIC PLANT DIETA
An oneiric plant dieta is a guided, time-bound practice working with plants known to stimulate and enrich the dream world.
The plant acts as an ally—opening the imaginal field, deepening dream recall, and inviting insight through symbol, sensation, and story.
This work is oriented toward introspection, spiritual inquiry, and deep listening, allowing meaning to arise organically through dreams and lived experience rather than analysis or treatment.

PSYCHEDELIC INTEGRATION
Life-changing insights—whether from dreams, plant medicine, or spiritual experiences—only transform us when we weave them into daily life. Integration is the bridge between insight and embodiment, helping you live your wisdom, not just remember it.
Together, we anchor what you’ve learned into your everyday reality so YOU can flourish.

FORAGING
Nature offers deep healing for those who learn her language. On guided foraging walks, we connect with local plants, learning their stories, gifts, and medicine. You’ll leave with both practical skills and a deeper sense of belonging to the land.

PRIVATE 1:1
FREE INTRO CALL
This is a free, no-pressure call to feel into whether working together is the right fit. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you here, what support you’re looking for, and how my approach to dreamwork and integration might serve you.
There’s no obligation. Just an opportunity for conversation to see if our work aligns.
If questions come up beforehand, you’re welcome to email me at restfulfeast@gmail.com.
GROUP DREAMWORK
THE DREAMWEAVER'S CIRCLE
These small-group dream circles are spaces where dreams move from private curiosity into lived experience.
Through embodied inquiry, shared presence, and gentle dialogue with dream imagery, insights stop floating in the mind and begin to reshape how you feel, choose, and respond in waking life.
Participants often leave with more clarity, emotional movement, and a felt sense of orientation—something has shifted, even if it’s hard to name. You don’t need to know what a dream means beforehand. You only need to bring it, and be willing to meet it.
